Protocol-Layer Reconciliation, Conditional Cryptographic Anchoring & Warrant Issuance
The prerequisite for the issuance and cancellation of warehouse warrants is the structured cryptographic anchoring - automatically executed in the background by our patent-pending process - of the data extracted from the custodian's operational core system during a snapshot event: namely, both the individual customer entitlements including their associated account information linked to the specific gold bars assigned to that account on the one hand; and all individual bars held in custody by the custodian, each with its unique identification features and its respective allocation to a specific account on the other hand.
Only when customer entitlements match the vaulted bars exactly - both in aggregate total and at the level of individual claims and accounts - is the hash value calculated across all customer entitlements merged with the hash value calculated across all vaulted bars as underlying assets into a single master hash value encompassing the entire structure and all information, which is then immutably anchored and publicly accessible on the blockchain.
This framework enables each client to independently perform a guided real-time audit of their warehouse warrant at any time. Clients can verify, in granular detail and with mathematical precision - from the calculation of their warrant's hash value up to the master hash of the entire institution -the exclusive inclusion of their warrant within the assets held in custody, while fully preserving all sensitive financial, personal, or transactional data of other warrant holders and without requiring the custodian to disclose aggregate vaulted volumes or assets not directly relevant to the auditing client.
Simultaneously with the notarized blockchain anchoring of the hash value valid at that given moment, the system issues new warehouse warrants or cancels invalidated ones based on the changes relative to the immediately preceding snapshot event.
If entitlements and assets mismatch by even a single milligram, if assets are missing, or if duplicate allocations occur, our process immediately reports this to the core system; the master hash is neither generated nor anchored to the blockchain, and no new warehouse warrants are issued or old ones redeemed until the error in the core system is rectified and symmetry is restored.
This ensures at all times the exclusive inclusion of every legally valid warehouse warrant issued as a Document of Title within the assets held by the custodian, thereby confirming the solvency of the entire institution.
